Spontaneous drive to Princeton

I have no idea how this thought got into Dave's mind, but it did. Driving home the Tuesday night, taking people down the hill from SFU, Dave says: let's go to the US. After much deliberation, this is not a good choice since some people have a lack of ID which can hamper getting across the border. Where else can we go? We head out east. Finally leaving South Surrey sometime between 11 and midnight, we take to the freeway. We stop in chilliwack for doughnuts at Tim Hortons. We continue on to Hope and gas up. Not sure where to go from here, we head up the Hope-Princeton highway, through manning and find ourselves in Princeton, where the only thing open is the gas station. After frolicking around in the grass and taking some pictures (of which most didn't turn out). The ones that were salvageable are to the right. The 3 of us standing in front of the car, parked sideways in front of a 1 lane wooden bridge. We also found behind the gas station a little park with a swinging bench, so we used that until we got all wet, which didn't take long. The last is from just outside of Princeton. The distance home. Long drive home, well, home was SFU, none of us actually went home that night. Fun time!
